Ace Engineering Consultants Functioning Methodology:

Predesign Stage:
  • Survey of place for installation.
  • Inputs from client, Architect and Project Manager.
  • BasiBasic Data Fixation.

Design Stage:
  • Area Calculation.
  • Estimation of load requirements based on internal layout & other design inputs from client’s end.
  • Preparation of DBR suggesting feasible schemes along with load summary, unit configuration, estimated cost and relative merits.
  • Finalization of equipments location & utility requirements (e.g., water, electrical loads, etc.) for the agreed scheme.
  • PrepPreparation of layout drawings to facilitate provision of sleeves, cutouts etc. during civil construction stage itself. Also space requirements (including service requirements) for individual equipment can be finalized.

Tender Stage:
  • Preparation of tender documents including bill of quantities, specifications, contract documents, etc. & inviting quotations.
